Radha Developers, a Gujarat-based realtor has decided to launch an ambitious integrated township project in Vadodara district of the state on an area of 1,000 acres where the company has plans to build 33,329 residential units involving an investment of Rs. 12,000 crore. In addition to this, the company has also decided to invest Rs. 175 crore in Kerala and Andhra Pradesh where it has decided to build high end residential villas and resorts and has also identified the land for the purpose, Managing Director Ashish Patel said in a recent statement.

He said adding that in the township, 35.4 per cent area would be residential, followed by roads 21.1 per cent, corporate commercial space 15.5 per cent and 14.1 per cent open space for recreational activities. Apart from this, the township will have two hotels, sports complex, Cineplex, schools and other institutional amenities.

Similarly in Kerala, the company will invest about Rs. 60 crore from its internal accruals on buying a resort stretching across six acres and will spend another Rs. 15 crore on its renovation to make it ready by the middle of next year. Similarly in Hyderabad, the company has entered into 50:50 joint ventures with Jayadarsini Housing Pvt Ltd, a local Gorlas Group. In the project the Radhe developers will invest Rs. 100 crore in the on going project developing a 500 acre property of residential villas near the state capital. The project includes the construction of 805 independent villas, of which 398 would be developed in the first phase, he claimed.
